PLC-HMI Control Panels

A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or Programmable Controller is an industrial digital computer which has been ruggedized and adapted for the control of manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, or robotic devices, or any activity that requires high reliability control and ease of programming and process fault diagnosis. They were first developed in the automobile industry to provide flexible, ruggedized and easily programmable controllers to replace hard-wired relays and timers. Since then they have been widely adopted as high-reliability automation controllers suitable for harsh environments. A PLC is an example of a "hard" real-time system since output results must be produced in response to input conditions within a limited time, otherwise unintended operation will result.

At Dzineia, we increase the productivity of the control panel Building Operations by understanding the costs that are allocated to Design, Engineering, Material, Assembly, Documentation, Quality Control Testing and Commissioning. We design and develop the control panel using Programmable Logic Controllers as per the International Standards. The electronic devices that we use abide by the International Standards and are RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.

The basic control panels are built by integrating PLC with the HMI using suitable protocol (like RS484, RS232, etc.) to increase the flexibility of the Automation System. We program the PLC’s of the control panel as per the standard IEC 61131-3. We design and write the macros and C scripts of the HMI’s as per the ANSI/ISA standards. We offer both ON/OFF control as well as PID control in the control panel developed using the PLC’s as per the process automation requirement. We manufacture the control panels using high grade raw materials as per the Industrial Standards, best accessible manufacturing technologies and quality tested components. To assure superior performance and precision functioning of our panels, the units are wired and functionally tested to ensure their reliability and continuous, hassle-free and error-free operation.
